The Bay State Village Area Has Started a Tool Exchange Program.

 An Internet Group Started Last Fall To Facilitate Tool Sharing, Giving And Barter In The Bay State Neighborhood. So Far We Have A Membership In The Teens And Many Tools As Well As Excellent Advice Have Been Shared. The Group Works In A Similar Manner To Free-Cycle. The Goal Of The Tool Library Is To Have A centralized Bay State Village Location In Which To House, Maintain, And Lend Out Tool Like Library Books. The Tool "Library" Would Be Available Only To Residents Of Bay State village. In Order To Get Started The tool Library Needs:
